Blackberry, Banana, Camu Camu Berry, Lucuma Smoothie
Here's the best of all fruit smoothies recipes. This is a mood, immune and health booster! And it's delicious. Since it's packed with super foods, I call this a Super Fruit Smoothie!

2 bananas
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seed
1 bag of frozen blackberries (300 gr or 1 heaping cup)
2 cups pure water
1 dropper stevia (or to taste)
1/2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon camu camu powder
2 teaspoons green powder
1/2 teaspoon wheat grass powder
1 teaspoon lucuma powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon bee pollen
1/2 stick vanilla or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
This fruit smoothie is almost too good to be true. Don't worry if you don't have all the super foods ingredients. The smoothie is also delicious without them. Actually, you can add whatever you have available and add Stevia to sweeten it, if necessary.
