Vegetable Juice Recipes Dandelion Juice

Spring is in the air. Sprouts are coming up. Fields are yellow with dandelion flowers. Time for delicious fresh vegetable juice!

This recipe has ingredients you can find anywhere in the wild, in your garden or windowsill. For free. And they're super nutritious.

Ingredients

large handful of fresh dandelion leaves
small bunch of wild grasses
2 apples (optional)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cucumber and/or 3 celery stalks

Run all ingredients through your juicer. And enjoy your drink.

Note: For grass you need a special juicer such as the greenstar. If you don't have one, omit the grass. Instead you can use some parsley.
